We’re excited to launch The Ecocentric Traveller prize draw on our Instagram account. This initiative celebrates the values of the ecocentric traveller: people who explore the world responsibly while helping to protect and preserve the environment. As part of Fitur 2022, we want to inspire more travellers to discover how tourism can have a positive impact on nature and local communities.
We care deeply about our environment. Therefore, we work every day to protect and preserve it so future generations can continue discovering the extraordinary places that surround us. Moreover, we believe that every ecocentric traveller can contribute to making tourism more sustainable.
One day, while reflecting on how we could do our part, we realised that leading by example was essential. For years, we have been working hard to ensure that our impact on the environment is positive. However, we know we can do even more. Consequently, we created a movement aimed at everyone who feels that this extraordinary planet belongs to them and wants to help protect it.
That’s why we want to showcase some of the environmental initiatives we are developing in destinations where we operate. In addition, we hope to raise awareness about what it means to be an ecocentric traveller and encourage responsible travel habits.
This prize draw is open to residents of Spain aged 18 years and over.
One lucky participant will win an all-inclusive one-week trip for two people to Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Resort, where they will enjoy a truly sustainable and 100% ecocentric experience.
